I don’t think Flaskworks has anything to do with any possible delay unless it is actually a part of the application and they lied, which seems unlikely. I think it’s not even “delayed”. I think this is normal.

Not trying to conflate the two processes. Yes, the MAA only requires the MIA for the manual “artesian” manufacturing. But that’s a very expensive process that impact valuations.

That in fact could be the sticking point around what the consideration would be for a partnership.
