All of this may sound good, as chatter, but I don’t actually think it’s true. The reality is that paying people a lot of money to just sit there and look nice, which is all anyone else would have done, no matter how “professional” or male they were, would not actually have expedited anything.

That’s the reality. It is taking this long, because it takes this long, spending an extra 2 million or more a year on a man to run things would not accelerate it. Nor would it have likely changed the share price.
