It’s not a “review”, it is marked “Editorial”, which by definition is an opinion. There is nothing to peer review in an editorial. There is no doubt an “editor”, which applies to anything published.
And what we know is that these two authors are deeply conflicted with participation in the Optune sphere of influence and money. The conflict was not fully disclosed, which makes their commentary even more suspect.
