I don’t have time to constantly keep Up to date on these message boards. I assure you i am a retail investor .. i contributed to marjac and you can see my historical posts i am sure.
I’m not even asking you to vote one way or the other. All I’m saying is these are things i am considering.
Someone just posted about icahn etc .. these guys also have no problem if others get the short end of the stick if it benefits them. I sincerely hope that is not the case here.
I will wait to read sarissas plan in the proxy before deciding finally where i will vote. My guess is they want to sell soon .. at this point i don’t mind holding 3-5 more years with potential 10 bagger from here (i know there are also risks to holding). I would take a buyout above $12 now but i don’t see that happening soon.
