Similar sentiments and reasoning. I'm as angry as anyone we went from 20's to a buck but this company should not have even survived. Now they are finally grasping a hand outside of the chasm and ready to get out

pdude, when a company negotiates a deal someone brokers that deal and in Amarin's case it will be JP Morgan they'll evaluate who gets what to make the deal work. It's not written in stone. Surprise, surprise. First they need to get through the proxy fight. Then the fun begins.

You don't get it in the slightest, do you???

Denner had 100 million dollars on the line, Karim?? Less than 200k

You talk like you know something we don't, but you know nothing anymore than anyone else here! What you do know, and we all know, is leaving Denner in a minority on the bod will have much the same disastrous effect in the future as at present.

The reason Denner needs control is because unlike the bod, he knows what he is doing and isn't going to be shy making swift decisions because after all, when he protects his money, he protects your money!

What money does the bod care to protect? None if any, and to boot it was all free via form 4s. Now I know about you, but I'll tell you this, when you vote and Denner fails to get the seats needed to protect [our] money, you can sit back another 20 years and reminisce on how you should have voted in favor for Alex Denner and when you come on here to voice your opinion, I'll be right here to say,
I TOLD YOU SO!!!
