Didn't know nOS was confounded, 90% were given multiple dosed, or the rOS was a post hoc, data dredged endpoint, that confound nOS data was statistically manipulated to compensated for multiple dosing (no precedent), that the external comparators were matched for multiple dosing like DCVax-L treatment arm, the the sample was cherry-picked for the healthiest patients possible (single hemisphere GBM), no mention of the FDA partial trial hold that ended the trial prematurely. Quite a few conspicuous omissions in the NWBO provided manuscript.
