I don't think "stupid" is where I'd go with that. "Uninformed" or possibly "unlearned" might fit.
I mean, no matter what I've told you, you still don't seem to understand that Roe was a SCOTUS decision, not a law that Congress passed or repealed. You don't even seem to understand that SCOTUS isn't the legislature.
The other day you said that "McTurtle" allowed unlimited money to flow into politics. I thought you might have been talking about Citizens United, another SCOTUS decision, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt and asked you what you meant... but you didn't reply.
You seem to have skipped that part of civics where they discuss how a bill becomes a law, or how impeachment works. The other day you were sure McCarthy was scheming to remove the President and Vice President so he could become President, and that the House could, by itself, take back the money allocated by the previous Congress and already signed into law.... because "Roe" or something.
So the statement about the coal industry was way off the mark, sure... but not exactly outside the mainstream for you.
