I mean, no matter what I've told you, you still don't seem to understand that Roe was a SCOTUS decision, not a law that Congress passed or repealed. You don't even seem to understand that SCOTUS isn't the legislature.
All the conservative judges pushed through appointments by republiklans stated roe and other rights were settled law. Supposedly scrotus views issues presented to them by the legislature such as the request to go back and cancel their roe decision. I didn't say roe was legislation.
It was the republiklans pressuring thomas with gini's help to attack minorities, well except mixed marriages.
The other day you said that "McTurtle" allowed unlimited money to flow into politics. I thought you might have been talking about Citizens United, another SCOTUS decision, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt and asked you what you meant... but you didn't reply.
It was mcturtle with a couple of other republiklans that went back to 60's and 70's bills and massaged and wrote the 'corps are people too' type laws that only they voted for and passed that allowed unlimited pac and campaign funding.
You seem to have skipped that part of civics where they discuss how a bill becomes a law, or how impeachment works. The other day you were sure McCarthy was scheming to remove the President and Vice President so he could become President, and that the House could, by itself, take back the money allocated by the previous Congress and already signed into law.... because "Roe" or something.
I appreciate the civic lessons, but you seem to think for me that I'm stating opinions as facts.
The house can indeed restrict immediate and future funds to Ukraine with enough votes and insertion of their own bills. Just because you think they won't be able to doesn't mean they legally can't. So, yea, settled congressional bills or 'settled' scrotus constitutional rights can be cancelled.
And now porky pig girl graham wants a j23 investigation into Biden 'hiding' classified documents.
Another bengazi coming up.
