^^ completely fabricated. I call 1000% bullshit. Nothing was done prior to unblinding. This is contrary to the statements of JAMA and all the doctors that have presented on DCVax-L. Also, if you read the ASM a 3rd party is STILL doing this work (even though they are unblinded and the data is locked) and not NWBO as they want to keep their biases out of the data.

That’s not what is being said at all. They are simply putting materials together in the format required which is how all applications to the government go. Whether you are applying for a financial institution or to deliver a drug or register securities for the first time for a company, there are ways that you present the package in the final application form. Often there are redundancies, there may be legacy rules that may involve not just digital but paper documents that get literally archived.

No one said anything about reopening data or finding data or whiting anything out. You just made that up.
