It’s weird that the stock gets shorted 50-70% every day yet the stock price is gradually rising and compressing in that bullish wedge

Firstly, the stock does NOT actually get shorted 50-70% everyday. Everyone who actually reads the explanation for the short trade figures/numbers on the FINRA website knows those numbers are NOT representative of the true short figures. FAR from it. I'd bet that most every short share listed on that website for DBMM is cancelled out and settled by the end of the same trading day. The margin required for anyone to ACTUALLY and LEGITIMATELY short a penny stock at DBMM's price would most likely cancel out any profit that might be made.

Secondly? The numbers recorded DAILY for this issue plainly show that it is not "gradually rising". After the bump in price up to $.0349, this DECREASED and has been simply trading in a narrow channel roughly between $.021 and $.027.
