In fact you may be able to start a new niche market in upscale ramen dishes. This might appeal to all those who scraped by financially by a high ramen diet in college, and who have now become successful.

Lobster Ramen, Ramen with Filet Mignon Tips, Ramen with Truffle topped with Caviar, just to suggest a few menu candidates :-)

PM, I thank you for the comments. However, perhaps I did not make clear why I talk about business stuff with some relative expertise...

Now, there are many people with Fortune 50 executive experience on a global basis who have also consulted with some big companies. And, of course, there are many with a doctorate degree in business, a few of whom teach at a Top level B-School. Well, I am all of them and a bag of chips.
