Not sure that it guarantees the same pricing for both CDMO’s. I do not expect that to be the case. But NWBO has had the need for likely to have regulatory approval of an arrangement that might involve CRL in its risk factors for a few years now as I have raised it in my debates with various shorts over the years that the relationship was not only still valid but that there was an existing contract clause still in operation to become effective upon their application and/or approval by regulators with CRL.
The redundancy will be good, but most likely they will want most of all of the initial demand going to their own factory. There is no way that CRL can compete with Sawston in my opinion, on price.
