Keep in mind Henry is using third parties. He can always blame it on them say he acted in the best interest of the company and didn't know the third party would not come through in the end.
When his endeavours don't deliver expected results (which so far has always been the case for last 20 years since he was banned from brokerage industry) and he can't string it any longer he is always using this same repeating excuse - "ungortunayely, things didn't turn out the way we had hoped".
This is all what you will hear from him after the failures of his many many subs he had purchased or created over the years so far.
Buy you can't be convicted for that, for bring hopeful but "stupid" or "ineffective" and fir wasting money on bad projects if you can't prove beyond the shadow of the doubt it was intentional, or even prove he has acted in bad faith without hard evidence. Hence he will always walk away unscated, unless some wistleblower with hard proofs comes forward.
