There is a financial trade-off in waiting. And it’s LP’s judgement what the cost-benefit is for wait on milestone to occur, rather than build those into an agreement.

If you gain 10% in value by waiting, but lose 10% in value from dilution while she waits, then what has been gained? Just as a hypothetical.

In battle, the element of surprise can be utilized to advantage. LP, even if she knew the milestone dates exactly (which she doesn’t,) it would be advantageous to “fuzz” things up.

Why make the manipulators’ job any easier to exploit and perhaps they can be caught off balance.

The extent to which the inner workings of the markets and the regulatory “blind spots” and even our officials imbroglio, are souring me to the whole system, despite the system being largely enabling of the best egg we have saved.

If and when Nwbo finally returns on investment, it’s blue chips and S&P500 from then out!

When did NICE indicate that they were expecting an update from NWBO in early '23?

See my previous post re: CHM assessment timing. I do not think we will get an approval decision (with a quick or contemporaneous decision from NICE) until end of this year at the very earliest.

Clarification, I think the two original arms regarding original survival endpoint are tighter than Senti suspects, and I don’t think the differential is as dismal as Ex suspects. Data on that comparison is still unreleased. That data is still maturing. Yes, data can mature after a trial is complete.
