No, there is no recent precedent for the Party in power doing well in the midterms. The House vote is a disaster for the GOP because it further entrenches the 'crazy'. If by chance they want to actually accomplish anything they will need Dem votes, or they can watch uncompromised bills die in the Senate.

Voting for sanity IS voting for something. Why do you believe that the Bills passed under Biden are not a ratification of those Bills by voters? A vote for more of the same?

That's probably a reasonable comment for a percentage of people, however, I don't agree that it would have been enough to effect the total counts given the dearth of death minded republiklans.

And can you link to the assumption that desatan had any significant crossover votes.
That would be extremely difficult as fla was heavily gerrymandered as far back as 2017-18' I believe. I will try to substantiate that opinion soon.
