That’s not a quote that is my statement based on all the recent developments from 08/31/2022 until today. It’s pretty clear that a businessman like Suren doesn’t just take over a shell company SBES, rename it Soleil Pharma and move it from Nevada and incorporate it in Delaware for no reason. The most important part of this reverse merger is to complete the deal and capitalize the new company.
OTC markets can be updated any time and I’m hoping they do it soon as they can start fresh in 2023.
I wish I could load some .0003’s man what an opportunity, imo.
