Instead of reading what Hindes (hedge fund manager) has to say, which is advocating for stock offerings for his Wall Street buddies, like Pagliara, etc, read our negotiator's daily tweets over on the #Fanniegate hashtag.
Here is our only negotiator's proposal of resolution with the Taking of our stocks at a fair value, very lucrative for the taxpayer and a resolution according to the Law.

Funny that Hindes mentions about the Goldman Sachs alumni, Sandra Thompson: "It's clear she has been interacting with the bankers". Who knew! Also "Equity restructuring", like Ackman's "privatization" diatribe, echoed on message boards by their footman, Glen Bradford.
Hindes has to explain why he amended his first lawsuit to remove every prior reference to breaches of statutory provisions, like the one stating that the NWS dividend broke the mandate of recapitalization in the conservator. Is it because the 10% dividend too?

Very interesting how Gary Hines requested ( who gave you the go ahead to post it) reply and then it was removed !
With Garys connections in the Gov, can he be trusted ? Is he part of the problem with all the other hedge fund guys wanting it for them selfs and screwing over current shareholders?
