Funny that Hindes mentions about the Goldman Sachs alumni, Sandra Thompson: "It's clear she has been interacting with the bankers". Who knew! Also "Equity restructuring", like Ackman's "privatization" diatribe, echoed on message boards by their footman, Glen Bradford.
Hindes has to explain why he amended his first lawsuit to remove every prior reference to breaches of statutory provisions, like the one stating that the NWS dividend broke the mandate of recapitalization in the conservator. Is it because the 10% dividend too?
