I believe they'd also need a minimum of 0.25 pps for QX as well, so I think QB is their only option at this point in time. However, I agree with foxi that it seems they have a problem with being transparent about material events, which is likely why they haven't changed to SEC reporting yet. Either way, I really hope they do something soon, because the non-stop beatdown is getting old quick....
