I will start getting excited when I see the quarterlies and annual report caught up to speed (current) with the address reading Delaware

South Beach Spirits Inc (OTCMKTS: SBES) is rocketing up the charts from its $0.004 base and 52-week lows as Mr. Suren Ajjarapu takes over the Company and files with the Delaware State secretary to rename the Company Soleil Pharma and move it to Delaware.

Looks like Suren moved SBES to Delaware which supports the Nevada News article and the Microcap Daily article from late September. Rumor has it that Suren had to get rid of the XU crony accountant and have his own accountants work on pulling together the fins. Daniel S. tweeted that SBES has been in contact with OTCM, so at this point we await the filings. Maybe Suren is waiting for 2023 for a fresh start! :-)
