You can’t patent concepts.

It was a duly finished product for creating any dendritic cell based medical product. However, NWBO needs to replace their existing production, which they used for their trial, with an automated process, and that’s not just one machine, it’s like any automated manufacturing process, you have machines working together in the process, with people, to create a finished, commercial product. There is no indication of any problems. So why do you ask? It’s not a computer or something. You know this right? Creating a manufacturing process like this is a highly technical engineering task not just putting things together but maintains purity and sterility and all measures for a proper effective final product that reaches the plant with live inputs, and then is stored and delivered in a specific schedule to disparate places in pure form. The entire process needs to be robust enough to meet the challenges of scaling to commercial levels of production including potentially up to and beyond the demand for the current standard of care.
