If it were actually a commercial company and share price were tied to sales, maybe. Startups are a different animal when you are starting to earn as well. But that does not make sense when the point was actually to get to this point and they did so with incredible success and despite incredible odds. It’s like punishing a marathoner before the race for finishing practice in record time because “he hasn’t won yet”. The race has not yet begun.

How different would the share count look if FINRA (who's so concerned about protecting shareholders) issued the halt like LP requested?

It's my understanding that the lawsuit some shareholder opened soon after may 10th will be dismissed if we vote again to approve the leadership's compensation. I haven't voted yet but I do not intend to be a stumbling block for the company I'm invested in.

The question is SP performance at what point in time? If the sp goes to 50 tomorrow we would all agree that they deserve it. If it goes to 0, the opposite. It is a little unfair to assess only in real time. But I agree that there should be some element of real-time performance.
