I certainly can't deny what you're saying. I don't believe anyone going into 2022 thought the company would be essentially quiet for the entire year and not hold its Annual Meeting until the very last business day of the year, but that's what we've had. I don't believe the company intended it to be thus, but that's what they've given us and it's hard to say how much more we'll be told at the Annual Meeting.
It's my belief that management hasn't lost even a day in the time that's needed to gain regulatory approval, though it's very possible that they've been hung up by the regulators. They can only do their best, and the best from their contractors, in preparing for approval, but until they, and the regulators are in agreement on how they can manufacture DCVax-L in the commercial setting they cannot possibly apply for approvals. I believe they're making progress, but it's impossible to say when regulators will say yes, but at some time they will say it.
Let's see what we hear in just over a week, then perhaps we'll feel like thinking about where 2023 will end, it's clear that what we'd hoped for in 2022 hasn't come to pass.
