Do you have a copy of the purchase agreement? Then wouldn't that be an assumption if you personally haven't read it?
Post the purchase agreement if you got it! Posters here believe Tim is a liar so isn't it a possibility that Tim lied about being able to get to the property? Or is he being truthful this time?
