Senti 100% on board with your thoughts. There’s another level here in my opinion and the following comment that everything NWBO is in the context of the highest ethical standards - saving as many lives as possible with the highest quality of life possible- NWBO’s mission statement(in writing or not).
This mission mandates utilizing the fastest methods available for time to market within the regulatory procedures available- this must include the rolling submission you describe. My goodness, look at the facts and actions being taken by LL, LP, MHRA, NICE and we find out the MAA process hasn’t meaningfully started? No way!
