We will find out if this one for one share is still true to the word in the coming days, our opinion we are in for another surprise that a promise was broken. The new BOD will be the only ones garnered the favor vs shareholders.

Every CGE Shareholder on the date of the spin-off will receive Aradatum Shares on the basis of one Aradatum Share for every one CGE Share owned, as of the last trading day prior to the spin-off.

Doesn't say anything was set in stone, at that time, but Leete's continued interaction with both Redzone and Resound on LinkedIn makes me think we've reached an agreement or are trending that way.
