They have to tell the truth . Either application is submitted or not submitted . They can’t be liable for answering that simple question in yes or no without giving details . The article I just posted clearly shows that vast majority of companies do publicly disclose about submission and none has been charged with anything unless you mislead as CYDY is alleged of .
