Told you it'd all come right around the holidays when everyone is in a benevolent mood. Meanwhile very few will be able to make it to the "Holiday ASM". Guessing any consequential Q&A out the window. Certainly no institutions weighing in. Let's play "Guess the breadcrumbs for 2023". Next December we'll see who here comes closest.

Regarding the enrollment halt; The point is JAMA didn't really address the ancient selection criteria to a degree many skeptics would want. Nor did they address the permanent 2015 enrollment halt. But JAMA and many presenters seemed to go out of their way to address the equally ancient temporary 2010 trial halt instead. Investors deserve to know what really happened, good, bad or neutral, that's the real point.

You'd think Dr. Stupp would be more than happy to pass the torch but instead he cautions. And, just one person, Bosch (Non U.S., btw), seemingly solely responsible for the data integrity according to JAMA. The company remains silent as a whole new round of authorized with handsome salaries and perks goes off. Hard to believe it can happen again but here we go!

Regarding this lawsuit, in addition to wondering about the warrant holders possible role in all this that nobody here wants to touch, I'm hoping a legal mind here can tell us exactly what kind of discovery these hedge fund defendants are entitled to in such a suit as this? I suspect it's very limited as compared to going after Feuerstein
or any other suspected detractor short player??

Always interesting, in retrospect...
