We are talking two different things. I am talking about your personal account not the position of outstanding shares in the company. This is not hard to figure out. 100000 shares pre-merger( your account drops to approx. 9100 shares). Post merger the outstanding shares in the company will drop dramatically as well. Both are a given.

I think he spelled it out perfectly clear.

He would rather own 100,000 shares of NioCorp at one dollar believing it can reach four dollars, than he would owning 10,000 shares of NioCorp @ $10.00 and thinking it will go to $40 in the same time span.

I don’t think that is misleading at all

I said exactly the same thing yesterday only with different values
My reference was to REE news, and I believed our stock could get to nine dollars without the merger and I didn’t think after the merger our news would get us to $90

Of course that is just speculation on my part as it is with all the other posts that are happening today
