With all due respect, the point is that current NB/NIOBF shareholders will NOT be losing 90% of their equity position in the company. Your comments have been very misleading and not factually based. And, with 80% of the funding coming via debt financing that is projected to be fully paid off less than 2 years into production, the 20% equity financing is reasonable and nowhere near as dilutive as you have been claiming.
