The problem with this board is you folks way “overthink” this dilemma. The what if scenarios….blah, blah, blah. It’s the economy, no wait it’s Nissan, no wait maybe it’s the insurance companies, no wait it’s the FDAs fault….? Really?

During hard times (caused by ineptitude), human behavior goes into survival mode. Guess what? When folks can’t afford to put food on the table or stay warm they’re surely not going to spend it on their health. It’s the Popcorn and spaghetti mentality.

Well if NVS drops the price of Inclisiran closer to Repatha ( around $4,500 a yr ) to health providers .. insurers will buy it and patients like me will use it …. Even if it costs me $2,000 a yr
But I’m HeFH … about 1 in every 250 …
Those who are secondary prevention and hate statins might use it also
