Shadolane, This is one reason why I endlessly agitated for a BP BO. The management and BOD of AMRN do not understand that they cannot negotiate the same way that a Pfizer or Merck can. With Bhatt on the BMY BOD I doubt he wants to see his great accomplishment with Vascepa crushed and laid to waste. I hope he is working with Denner to bring a solution to this insanity.
