That is exactly what I read and also remember. Todos was thinking of raising $10 million from 'tutes' and $5 million from retail for 3CL Pharma.
The IPO would be a ways off, if ever. It's more likely the whole shooting match gets sold before but you never know. That doesn't stop anyone from asking about the IPO dozens of time though.
But let's not let these facts, from actual SEC filings get in the way of confabulation. Hey, I want to buy cheap Todos shares too but I don't have to lie about it.
