I post mainly on Stocktwits. Rarely over here but this seems to be the board of choice recently.
For me the 3CL Spinoff was a major red flag and when I started to become a bit Bearish. 3CL Pharma is nothing more than admitting complete failure of ProVista, as that was supposed to be the revenue driver for all research and continued Trials/studies around the Tollo line. How soon do longs forget how beat up we got over acquiring ProVista in the first place. We had A LOT on the line in that deal around convertible debt with Robb Rill. The only way that deal worked is if ProVista started producing revenues of 3+ million a month as soon as the deal was signed. Instead of going gangbusters and hitting the phones for 14 hours a day to get contracts and build that business, GC just tweeted for 2 years straight. It's quite comical actually.
I have a laundry list of other red flags in the last 3 months (where is the monkeypox EAU, Why get in a partnership with a weed/pot vending machine co when you actually want to be taken serious by governing agencies (12.5 million in q4....hahahaha), Why was Michael Irvin filmed on an iphone 6 and not released to any media outlet whosoever outside of GC's twitter, Videssa & LymPro are multi billion dollar assets collecting dust, paying rent on a 9k sqft Dallas, TX production facility around a product with virtually zero sales (BTW I 100% guarantee the new batch run GC mentioned of tollovid is not being manufactured there either and we are still with production partners), and even if you're a believer in 3CL Pharma, crowdfunding was supposed to start early Dec via GC at the last investor meeting)
I've stated many a times on other sites I 100% believe in the Todos Science and even believe GC is a really smart science guy. But he is not a CEO. He's proven that more than once. Both can be true.
