He has made it clear that he was trying to juggle too many balls himself and has now made a move to let go of some things that he can, the OTC management, to professionals. I can imagine if he had previously been diluting to pay these professionals BEFORE it became evident that it was absolutely necessary the entire online investor community would have their pitchforks out. He needs to be focused on building the business landing contracts as he has been, period!
