FWFW...regarding the 8-K and robotics company.......
What'd ya think of the latest 8K?
I'm not really sure what to think about that 8-K and the establishment of a robotics-related company. The annual report will probably be filed within the next 4 weeks, and I am hoping it will provide more information on the status of FWFW's operations.
The name-change filing that FWFW made last year mentioned that the only anticipated operations for the company would be in the areas of financial services and fintech. So it is somewhat strange to see FWFW branch out into this area.
One thing I find quite interesting: Of all the industries out there, FWFW chose to start a business in the robotics industry. It could be nothing more than a coincidence but I think it is worth noting that the Co-Founder and head investment officer at Flywheel Financial Strategy also became the chief investment officer for a robotics company in July 2022. SquareDog Robotics is primarily involved in robots that are used in construction/manufacturing (welding, painting, etc) and service (inspection/washing of large building windows).
