The pandemic was actually an opportunity for BIEL, not an obstacle. It's hard to see that, and probably was harder to see it at the time, but...there it is.

That is YOUR opinion to justify the horrendous sales numbers. The Pandemic has been around much longer than ONE quarter. But seriously, why have we not heard from the CEO as to why the sales were in the toilet? If the PANDEMIC was the reason, that would be a great excuse the CEO could use. BUT she didn't.
