Shares in a penny stock (any stock really) are ALWAYS for sale. It's just a matter of whether or not the price is right. And that of course depends on which side of the transaction you are on.
The market (such as it is) says your shares are worth 0.0005 each. I'm guessing most of the "true longs" would take a penny each in a heartbeat, probably much less.
