Tomi, unfortunately I think you're right. I looked at the Statement of Cash Flows and the revenue of $714,000 through 6/30 was due to the recognition of non-cash income. An increase in accounts receivable accounted for $170,000 worth. Whether or not that is collectible remains to be seen.
It appears that we may have all been duped. Anyone need any snake oil? It seems I have a lot of it.
