AA was always a pipeline on this board, A fantasy I never bought into given the size of the 2b/"3" and low chance of smashing success. I think the likelihood that Missling is reporting endpoints related to the primary endpoint rather than the primary endpoint themselves is high. This becomes less of a problem as he is reporting 2b results not 3 results. After all, hype and over-representing endpoints is his thing. PDD missed the primary endpoint and only hits the episodic memory secondary endpoint using the J-T test rather than ANOVA or related test. 50 mg did not beat placebo -- notice how that result (absent a word about 30 mg) has never been reported -- ANOVA missed. Look at the mean and error bars and it is obvious.
