It's okay to not know every technical detail to a tee - I certainly don't. But if you're not going to conduct your own technical due diligence around the key issues, how could you boldly conclude that it's "falsely created panic?"

I could hardly imagine most of the investors can technically analyze the values of this stock. How do you expect that they sold it under any rationale other than falsely created panic?
