Are the two "Li"s related? Possible, but not very likely. "Li" is a common surname in China, the same way "Smith" and "Jones" are common surnames here.
A Chinese friend whom I've known for nearly 50 years confirms this.

As for the R/S matter, I have no problem with one if....
it's done for the right reasons. And I believe the right
reasons exist in this situation. We shall see.

That’s interesting and coincidence HOMU BOD name was Li Jin for almost a year and changed to Ling Jin
While we share Junkang Shao and Gibbs Shao

Still no volume here but I expect DRGV and HOMU to be big
