It would also allow DCVax and lower/shorter course Temodar to stand a better chance against unmethylated, because Temodar probably doesn’t help fully unmethylated anyway, and its regular strength weakens the DCVax Directed t-cells, so while reducing the dose of Temodar in unmethylated and methylated mgmt makes sense, it is truly a first do no harm kind of make sense in unmethylated. Temodar dose should be lowered and shortened in both, imo.
