Yes, FRCN will Quickly And Easily surge to Multiple Pennies once it is Upgraded back to the OTC Pink-Sheet market as its previous Expert-Market or Grey-Sheet peers did this year (such as BRLL and MNGG) or in the past years (such as PBHG and SUTI)...

By the way I'll sell my position at the Middle-Target price $0.0486 (in order to match its Middle-Target-peer's $25.2725M MV at Top) for Huge gain based on the Same FIXED 520M shares of Tiny OS count!
