The point is this was done AFTER the trial was completed -- all the data was gathered. Changing and filing the protocol does not mean it was approved, it was just filed by NWBO.
Again changing the rules after the game was played. Find any other trial in the last five years that has significantly changed the protocol, endpoints, comparator and SAP AFTER the trial was run.
