A 'True Believer' would want to hold on to every share if this is thought to be the holy grail.

31,000 shares could be worth real money one day if fiction becomes fact. Which we are told is right around the corner.

Someone with his stature and we've been told doesnt need the money should pay for it out of pocket and drive a message home to the market this is the real deal.

I guess he just doesn't believe or there's nothing right around the corner...
