to those who are in touch with reality on reality's terms - it simply can't be spun...!

Why then are TOMDF trading at a penny and when will it stop, since you can no longer raise money from stocks when there are 1,430,000,000 outstanding shares trading at 1 cent.

How do you spin that...even here it is getting pretty weak.
