The main problem there Jim is, if ENZC goes too long in the market-entry-execution, with the product they are supposed to have, it won't matter anymore. They will be beaten by the competition, so they become irrelevant when their 'long schedule' to market concludes.
ENZC has maybe a year more before time runs out, their stuff, despite patents, will be reverse engineered, if necessary, and other competitors' products will be "good enough" to make the public forget they were ever coming.
I warned about this 2+ years ago, and several other Pharma's have caught up. A coin-toss now as to who hits the market first and most effectively.
