The fact that Dr Lebby took the same enormous bonus as the man many here are deriding today only highlights why that was problematic for some at the time, and continues to be for some now.
When the company hired JM he was the best they could afford and the company was in a very different position than it is now. He has been rewarded financially well beyond his contributions and skill set would dictate. Time to hire someone whose skills are up to the task at hand.
