Would add 2 things about NWBO's therapy:
1) It is not very scalable: it is personalized and parenteral.
2) It barely moves the needle.
Am not a NWBO hater but it is, like many oncology plays (not all), not effective enough for enough people for long enough to be worth much.
OTOH, working for 70% of AD patients in a clinically meaningful way with an oral medication would be huge. It is scalable and definitely moves the needle. In addition, 30% of AD patients are misdiagnosed so...70% is about as good as you can get (right now.)
